Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days via USPS): Calculated at checkout
Digital Products Digital items are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. No shipping charges apply to digital orders.
International Shipping At this time, we ship physical products to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@cbcounselingandconsulting.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
